Royal College Of Nursing

Campbell Fitzpatrick are solicitors to the Royal College of Nursing in Northern Ireland. We provide the RCN and their members with a full range of legal services including, advice on employment matters, representation at Employment Tribunals, Equal Opportunities, Employment rights and matters arising out of employment changes. We are often involved in offering advice or providing representation to Nurses who come before the UKCC Discipilinary Committee.

Lately we have assisted members of the College in a large number of pension discrimination cases. We also provide regular work shops, give lectures and presentations to the RCN their members and related organisations on a wide range of legal issues.

We are delighted to have supported the RCN by sponsoring a champagne reception at The Nurse of the Year Awards ceremony for 2004.
