Cormac Fitzpatrick Cormac Fitzpatrick     
Cormac studied Law at The Queen's University of Belfast graduating with honours in 1983 and was then admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in 1985. Thereafter Cormac has specialised in civil litigation with specialised interest in defence, commercial, professional negligence, catastrophic injury and clinical negligence cases.
Cormac has served on a number of The Law Society of Northern Ireland sub-committees, principally the Contentious Business Committee, and is presently their nominee on the Queen's Bench Liaison Committee and the Belfast Recorder's Court Users' Committee.
Other responsibilities include guest lecturing in High Court procedure and tutoring on claims valuation at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Queen's University, and acting as High Court course adviser.   Cormac recently completed a Law Society and SLS course on ADR and mediation and predicts increasing future reliance on such methods of dispute resolution in the alternative to litigation.


Paul MacAllister Paul MacAllister    
Paul has spent his 11 years in professional practice specialising in defence litigation with a particular interest in public and employer liability and road traffic litigation.
After graduating in 1988 from Queens University Belfast with an Honours Degree in Law, Paul completed his apprenticeship and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland.
Since qualifying Paul has continued his professional development through regular attendance at lectures and seminars, focusing on Consumer Credit Law.  When not in the office Paul spends his leisure time with his wife and young family.


Gavin Campbell Gavin Campbell    
Gavin graduated from the Faculty of Law, University College, Dublin in 1981, Bachelor of Civil Law.   After an apprenticeship he qualified as a Solicitor in Northern Ireland in 1984, and Republic of Ireland in 1985.   He specializes in High Court litigation, attending Courts in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.   He also deals with many other areas of general practice such as conveyancing, probate and Magistrates Courts.
He is a member of the Northern Ireland Law Society, and Forum of Insurance Lawyers, and has lectured to the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queen's University Belfast on High Court Procedure.   He has also been involved in the development of Sheltered Housing in the North West of Northern Ireland for the Mentally Handicapped, in conjunction with the North West Housing Association, a charitable organisation.


Peter Campbell Peter Campbell    
Peter was admitted as a Solicitor in 1987, having previously graduated in Business and Accounting with honors from Trinity College in Dublin.
From qualification his primary areas of practice have been in Litigation and Commercial Law.  He has developed a particular interest in Road Traffic Insurance Law and disputes involving the Motor Insurers Bureau.
He has trained as a mediator in a Law Society recognised course and soon expects to receive a Law Society accreditation as a mediator for Alternative Dispute Resolution.   He is also an active member of Belfast Solicitors Association, currently acting as Honourary Treasurer, and is the local Secretary of FOIL, the Forum of Insurance Lawyers.


Caroline McGonagle Caroline McGonagle     
Caroline graduated with a degree in law with honours from the University of Kent at Canterbury, and has an LL.M from The University of Wales.  She attended the Institute of Professional Legal Studies QUB, before being admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in October 1979.
Caroline has considerable experience in civil defence litigation, clinical negligence, employment law and conveyancing.
She is also a member of the Supreme Courts Rules Committee and FOIL.
Outside of professional life, Caroline is the former Chairman of the Institute of Further and Higher Education in the North West and is Chairman of the Playhouse Theatre in Londonderry.


Paddy Mullarkey Paddy Mullarkey     
Paddy having graduated in Law from the Queens University of Belfast in 1991, Paddy was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in 1993 after completion of his professional studies.  Concentrating predominantly in the areas of Litigation and Employment Law, he advises a wide range of clients from employers and professional organisations to private individuals.
He has a particular interest in Medical/Clinical Negligence, is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and regularly attends courses and conferences organised by the charity "Action for Victims Of Medical Accidents".
